Return/Exchange Refund policy

Return Policy

At Best In Trend, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Return Eligibility:

Time Frame: You can return items if defective/damaged within 8 days of receiving your order. Please note that custom or special orders may not be eligible for return.
Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email Us: To begin the return process, reach out to our customer support email at [support@bestintrend.co.in]. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. Also, add the pictures of the product when you receive the order.
Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a return on the original payment method and detailed instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping:

Costs: Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs if customer has a change of mind and want to buy another product. If the item is defective or we made an error with your order such as wrong product sent no return cost will be charged.
Shipping Method: We’ll share the tracking information of shipping after dispatching your order. Best In Trend is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds:

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return after a quality check of product by our experts. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank account.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product to receive a credit to place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately within 36 hrs of receiving the order. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
